Shiloh Schedule: Extension mirrors your site experience (countdowns, gradients) inside the browser extension. We minimize data collection and keep data on your device.

Information We Store

On your device (Chrome storage)

The extension stores the following in Chrome’s storage.sync (or local) only:

• Class schedule selections and related display preferences
• Visual theme or gradient preferences

This information is not sent to our servers.

Site ↔ Extension communication

When you have the extension installed, the Shiloh Schedule website may send limited metadata to the extension so it can mirror your settings. This includes gradient colors, angle, and selected schedule name. No authentication tokens, contact details, or browsing history are transmitted.

How We Use Information

• Operate the extension features (class countdown, theme display, syncing site settings to the extension).
• We do not sell or share extension data with third parties.
• No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking is used in the extension.

Third-Party Services

The extension does not call external APIs beyond communicating with the Shiloh Schedule site and Chrome’s built-in storage/runtime messaging.
